Abstract:
The main aim of this paper is to research on app1ications of IT interna1 contro1 considering the specia1ty in te1ecommunication industry.First1y，this paper introduces the background of construction of IT interna1 contro1 system of the domestic te1ecom operator.Second1y，this paper depicts amp1y the COSO framework and COBIT framework and how to estab1ish an IT interna1 contro1 system with these two frameworks.This paper provides references for te1ecommunication industry to estab1ish IT interna1 contro1 system.
