Abstract:
Knowledge and knowledge management（KM）has become a problem of telecom enterprises for a long time.In most organizations，the operation support system of operation and maintenance（O＆M）don’t focus on KM and illustrate the concept of knowledge.Anhui Unicom O＆M Dept.studied the KM theory and built a KM system for all O＆M engineers.After nearly a year running，the KM system is proved to effective for O＆M .
