Abstract

Abstract:

Home NodeB（Femto cell），is an indoor telecommunication equipment which integrates the main functions of the traditional UTRAN equipment.In this article，firstly，discuss the development and trend of the Femto cell.Secondly，analysis the necessity and feasibility for management and optimization of the wireless resources.Thirdly，introduce a resources management technology based on the synthesized factor of wireless resources.
