Abstract:

With the rapid development of cloud computing，public cloud plays an important role in data processing and online service. Meanwhile，private cloud computing is gradually，widely used in the scientific laboratories，workstations，internal enterprises and other small-scale distributed computing situations，as it features security guarantee，high flexibility in resources allocation and simple hardware requirements. Based on Eucalyptus open source platform，we have constructed a private cloud computing platform，which is particularly suitable for scientific labs and intranet. It allocates resources flexibly，meets different needs from programming，testing to management. Also，it’s a practical platform for clusters，distributed computing and cloud computing applications etc.
