家庭网关功能虚拟化技术研究

Abstract

Abstract:

Since the powerful function of residential gateway increased equipment costs and maintenance complexity, virtualized residential gateway technology emerged. The principle of virtualized residential gateway technology was investigated. Then two implementations of network deployment and the technical feasibility are analyzed. The CAPEX and OPEX of virtualized residential gateway were discussed compared with the existing residential gateway. Finally, with consideration of standardization and industry development, NERGˊs development trend and deployment strategy were proposed.

集中式NERG	· 容量大，密度高，初期单位成本较低；· 对接入无依赖，可独立演进和发展；	· 需要大L2网络（用户数、MAC地址容量、VLAN隔离、承载带宽等L2网络资源需求剧增）；
	· 跨厂商互操作能力强，理论上可适应不同厂商接入网；· 集中式管理，网管配套和管理简化，维护简单；	· vRGW部署在接入网设备的汇聚层时，运营商的运维习惯和组织架构可能需要做相应调整；
	· 有高可靠性方案；	· 小规模虚拟家庭网关情况下，部署成本升高
	· 用户密度相对较高，功耗相对较小
