公共安全监控预警混合云的研究

Abstract

Abstract:

To process massive data collected in real time，efficient and economical computing services and storage services are urgent. This paper presents a hybrid cloud infrastructure for public safety monitoring and forecasting，which integrates high performance computing and virtual private cloud and provides users with software services. Also we designes a scheduling algorithm and QoS policy to assure efficiency of the platform.
