Operation Support and Service Management System Providing Open Information Service

Abstract:

With the development of market requirements and the maturity of technology,ICT services face great changes. Today, the ICT services widely used are more open and more integrated. The operations of the services are more dynamic,and the value chain of the operations are more complex. Obviously,in this situation,operation supports and service management become more complex and uncertain. Based on TM framework and ITIL,methodologies and technologies for operation support and service management systems are discussed in this paper,which are used to buid stable and flexible operation support and service management systems for the open and integrated ICT Services.
