Abstract

Abstract:

The paper first clarifies inside and outside impetus and the significance of telecom carrier transformation, points out continuous innovation is the final solution for telecom carrier transformation. Then discusses transformation solutions on service appliation, networh technology, operation mode and enterprise management, and puts forward some thinhing. Finally, elucidates the long term, system and innovation of telecom carrier transformation.
