Study on Policy and Charging Control Strategy for 2G Network

Abstract

Abstract:

This article focuses on policy and charging control（PCC）strategy for 2G network including RAN and core network part.3 KPI are grouped as initiating function criteria on cell level for RAN network.And 5 kinds of strategies are defined as core network policy,along with the working flow for each scenario.Both RAN standard and core network policy are implemented in the live network and achieve the good result.
