Abstract:

With the fast growing scale of the operator’s network，the type and amount of services on the network have emerged in rapid growth.In such a circumstance，the bearer QoS has been difficult to guarantee simply by administrator.Therefore，the intelligent network management system with learning ability will become the mainstream of future development.A QoS evaluation scheme based on support vector machine was proposed to achieve QoS evaluation with learning ability.The application of real cases demonstrates the effectiveness of this scheme.The scheme proposed will give a strong reference of the future development of intelligent network management system.
