多视点业务运维质量综合评估模型

Abstract:

The multiple viewpoint service operation quality evaluation model（MV-SOPEM）is proposed for the flow and policy based next generation network operation. Service operation management is evaluated on service operation target and service operation flow viewpoints in this model. The evaluation simulation models of these two viewpoints are made and used in the adaptive service management in this paper to verify the correction and efficiency of these evaluation models. The simulation result shows service managers can use MV-SOQEM to get management quality information from different viewpoints and this will benefit the service management quality improvement.
