Abstract:
China Mobile Beijing Company (Beijing Mobile) has completed billing system upgrading on Oct. 2006, which adopted COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) that is disputed in industry to realize the bill system. The billing system construction of Beijing Mobile has made to be helpful to try. Other telecom operators are also concerned about the performance management of COTS.This paper describes Beijing Mobile’s BOSS performance management project and its implementation in COTS, alsodemonstrates the methodology of telecommunications operation-oriented end to end performance management.
