Though it is an undisputed fact that VoIP is more and more popularized, the opinions have always been diversed and confused with regards to VoIP's user groups, scale of use, and its applications. For this reason, after observing international links of China Telecom for a long period of time, the author has accumulated large volume of valuable data, and has discovered that H.323, SIP whose scale has already approached the same as traditional telephone are still the main protocols for VoIP and are mainly used for communications at work, while Skype is preferred for individual communications.

All telecom operators are upgrading the BOSS. Beijing Mobile communication company have completed billing system upgrading on oct. 2006, which adopted COTS（commercial off-the-shelf）hat is disputed in industry to realize the bill system. The billing system construction of the Beijing Mobile have made to be helpful to try. This paper describe systematic performance optimization and design management of sales flows in billing system after system implementation. We hope this will offer experience for other COTS system construction.

The paper introduces briefly the importance developments in technology and device of TD-SCDMA since 2006 when the large-scale network testing of TD-SCDMA application started at. And since then, the old technologies of TD-SCDMA have continued improving, the new technologies have come forth continuously, such as multi-frequency, TD-HSDPA, six element smart antenna, multi-cell joint detection, UpPCH shifting, and the indoor distribution technology also has matured gradually. The performances and types of TD-SCDMA device have improved gradually and get abundant by degrees. Radio remote unit and base band unit have become the direction of TD-SCDMA device development.In addition,the convenience has changed appearances in the project implement of antenna feedback system.

In order to improve the transmission rate of TD-SCDMA and approach the technology performance requirements ofIMT-Advanced proposed by ITU, the evolution strategies of TD-SCDMA are urgent. Considering the short term evolutiontechnologies (named as HSPA, including HSDPA and HSUPA) not satisfying with requirements of IMT-Advanced, the HSPA＋ andLTE technologies are proposed. This paper introduced the general evolution strategies of TD-SCDMA, and discussed theenhancement, short term evolution, medium and long term evolution, IMT-advanced based 4G technologies firstly. Then the keytechniques and protocol structure of HSPA＋ are focused, following by the frame structure and multiple access techniques of LTE.The key points and solutions for TD-SCDMA evolution are presented finally.

With the development of China deploying the third generation mobile telecommunication, more latent entrant will entry into China mobile market which is now composed with duopoly mobile operations, China Mobile and China Unicom. The paper develops a game model based on two authorities and one entrant. It finds that the authorities will add investment capital and then deter the latent entrant successfully. But with the rule of license, the authorities cannot avoid the entrance, for this dilemma, this paper gives in-depth analysis and regulation suggestions.

This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of telecom bundling product. The basic conclusion is that: bundling can make the income increase only in the condition of that the buyer preferences between the consumers have the negative correlation. Without the method of price or the way of specialization, bundling can not increase the market share. The bundling method can make the ARPU of the price-sensitive buyers and the non-customer-loyalty buyers increase.
