摘要： 基于国内外数据要素市场化的发展情况，总结了国外数据要素价值化发展的路径及特点。概括了我国数据要素市场在交易市场、应用场景等方面的现状，针对目前我国数据要素市场发展情况，结合中国数据要素市场环境及发展特色，通过构建中国特色数据要素市场模式，加快释放数据要素价值。

关键词: 数据要素, 数字经济, 要素价值, 共享开放。

Abstract: Based on the development of data element marketization at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the development path and characteristics of data element value in foreign countries. This paper summarizes the current situation of China’s data element market in terms of transaction market and application scenarios. In view of the current development of China’s data element market, combined with China’s data element market environment and development characteristics, through the construction of a data element market model with Chinese characteristics, we can speed up the release of data element value.
