Abstract:

The concept of infostructure and its impacts on modern telecommunication operations are introduced. The relation between in-fostructure and telecommunications operation support systems is described. Then the base techniques and trends that affect infostructure construction are discussed. At last,the best practices of building successful infostructure are provided.
