Abstract:

According to the standards of GSMA, the international roaming clearing house system need validate the charging information of TAP call event details sent by roaming partners of the customers. In order to make the international roaming clearing house system provide steady and flexible IOT checking service and adapt well to various and frequently changed roaming IOT, a solution of introducing rule engine into the billing procedure of the international roaming clearing house system was proposed based on deeply studying the service rule technology.The continually changed charging rules and the billing logics were extracted from the system and stored in the format of service rules by applying service rule engine technology, so the international roaming clearing house system had a favorable billing and validating ability.
