Abstract:

TD-LTE uses bran-new OFDM and MIMO technology.It’s more complex in capacity planning and we lack real implementation experiences of it.To speed up the R&D and commercialization of TD-LTE，we need to begin thorough research on TD-LTE capacity planning technology at the standardization and equipment development stage，so we can provide sufficient theoretical guidance for future implementation.This paper discusses the planning of TD-LTE capacity，and provides preliminary recommendations on TD-LTE network planning.
