Abstract:

This paper is based on the main trends of industry boundary integration. According to the success experience of globalized operator in the competition at full service，such as BT，Vodafone，FT，Softbank，etc.，this paper analyzed in-depth how the operators to implement the compete strategy combined aggression and defensive in the 3G era，to adapt to the stress from internal and external of the industry.
