Abstract:

At the specia1 period of the reorganization of te1ecom operators，the te1ecom operators are faced with the comp1ex situation and more cha11enges，as rapid deve1opment of enterprises，management，upgrade，professiona1 division，the standard rep1ication，ta1ented team-bui1ding，etc.The paper ana1yzes the urgent need of IT compound ta1ents in te1ecom operators，points out three concerns in integration of capacity-bui1ding，studies the management mode1 of IT compound ta1ents.Promote the enterprise IT systems imp1ementation capacities by cu1turing and managing the IT compound ta1ents.
