Abstract:

This paper analyzed the entire business operations of China Telecom into the challenges of the times，combined with advanced theoretical and NGOSS TNA best operating practices，proposed to build integrated capacity provide platform for comprehensive design concept which should have the function described，and based on the platform introduced several supporting examples to resolve all contradictions in the application of business operations，and finally the key points of integrated capacity provide platform building and development are summarized and recommendation.
