Abstract:

Along with the cellular phone is gain grounded continuously，it brings huge influences to different societies as a kind of technology. It not only incarnates people’s changes of the understanding to cellular phone，but also forms different social criterions with the usage in different societies. These influences make changes under the system environment with the technology developing. In the paper，the method of the sociology is used to analyze and explain the problem in the view of STS.
