This paper reviewed development trends of telecommunication networks over the past decade and major enlightenment and points out that the situation will be total different in new decade. In considering society transformation，technological progress and new competitive situation，the paper point out that from the strategic perspective，telecommunication networks will exhibit new development course which is characterized by convergent，broadening，ubiquitous and green tendency. In the following part，the paper outlined likely development trends and perspectives in above four aspects and presented major challenges in a little more details.

According to the problems and demands of content distribution in mobile Internet，the architecture of a converged content distribution network for mobile Internet is presented in the paper，including the major functions，the overall deployment scheme and the domain deployment scheme. In the paper the typical service flows of the converged content distribution are presented and its key technologies and architectural advantages is analysed.

The traditional cellular mobile communication network usually supports relatively stable service traffic，can not meet the user needs in the dense user unexpected emergency situation，and still exists limitation in resource utilization optimization. The logical network reconfiguration is a method which re-adjusts and reconfigures the resource allocation scheme based on the existed physical infrastructure of cellular network to maximize the system capacity. This paper firstly analyzes the importance of wireless network reconfiguration for improving the system capacity. Then，the wireless network reconfiguration architecture based on SAE is proposed. Finally，control method and signaling process to support the network reconfiguration is given.

Measuring and characterizing peer-to-peer file-sharing systems will benefit the optimization and management of P2P systems. The designs of current P2P network are getting more complicated，and several operational mechanisms bring about the incompleteness of data or long period in measurement，such as BitTorrent system. To solve the problem，three levels are abstracted from BitTorrent system in the view of measurement in this paper，including index，peer and content. Furthermore，this paper focuses on the difficult problems in every level，and meanwhile a measurement system for BitTorrent is designed. On these bases，a measurement was performed continuously，and the behaviors of peers that contain the evolution of peers and the model of peer arrival are mainly studied. The results demonstrate that the evolution of peers and the arrival of peers follow a strong periodical law. Therefore，an improved model of peer arrival is proposed，which can be fitted well with actual data and perfect the law of peer arrival.

Vehicular Ad Hoc network is a self-organized inter-vehicle communication network with an open structure. As the relationship between wireless communications technology and transportation industry becomes ever closer，VANET is developed actively. On the basis of presenting the concept and developing process of VANET，this paper makes a survey on the key techniques of VANET. Firstly，this paper introduces the network model，main features and system architecture of VANET，and then discusses the research contents and current situations of physical layer，MAC layer，routing protocols and application layer in detail. Finally，the research directions and applications in the future are prospected.

In this paper，a novel detection scheme will be introduced into the CR system，which have uplink timeslots and downlink timeslots，based on the different transmit power of base station（BS）and User Equipment（UE）. If the CR nodes of unauthorized users carry on the on-line energy detection，it will be subject to the interference originated from its own BS. A new detection program employed only in the uplink timeslots is proposed. In this program，the interference，which is coming from its own UE，may be weaker than it originated from BS. The paper researched the CR system，in which TD-LTE system is the unauthorized user and the radar system is authorized user. Through theoretical analysis and simulation，the feasibility of the new program has been verified.

With the trend of surging mobile traffic and limited spectrum resource，traditional radio access network is facing lots of challenges，which are system capacity limited by interference，inflexibility of multi-standard and dynamic workload，high CAPEX&OPEX. In order to handle these challenges，the future architecture of radio access network will be developed in a cooperative style at air interface. In this architecture，each base station cooperatively optimizes the radio resource allocation and improves the spectral efficiency. In addition，the base-band pool technology can reduce the CAPEX&OPEX of RAN and improve the efficiency of resource utilization greatly through utilizing baseband virtualization technology.

In the application of copyright protection，two problems need to be attention. One is that an adversary edits a watermark to embed the work and claims that he is owner of the work. The other is that he finds a legal watermark and embeds it to his work，namely copy attack. In order to solve the two problems，a secure video watermarking scheme，which could verify the video clips and the embedded watermark，was proposed. First of all，the video hash was computed. After that，the embedding watermark was built by the video hash，copyright information and the private key. When disputes of the copyright arose，we could verify the video clips and the embedded watermark respectively with the hash value，copyright information and the private key，thereby realizing the verification of ownership of the work. Some analyses and experimental results show that he proposed video watermarking has good security and robustness for copyright protection.

With the network storage technology development，how to improve transmission performance and expand storage capacity is problem to be resolved. This paper presents VCloud Storage，a cloud storage system based on virtual host. And it can improve file transmission performance，balance the load and expand storage capacity unlimitedly. It firstly abstracts running state mathematical model of the virtual hosts，then creates integer programming model on the running state mathematical model. By implicit enumeration algorithm，it allocates virtual host to the client storage request optimally. Finally client modules and virtual host modules finish file transmission collaboratively.The experimental result shows that the model and algorithm have optimization effect significantly. VCloud Storage total throughput and average transmission rate is superior to Microsoftˊs SkyDrive storage，Tencent QQ mailbox store and a single virtual host storage. The proposed model and algorithm enhance file transmission performance and stability，and are an effective method that improves the performance of storage system in WAN network.

Analysis and Forensics of Malware in Suspicious Computer Based on Four Class Trust Model Abstract This paper analyzes the weaknesses and difficulties of traditional computer forensics technology in the field of analyzing the malicious code evidentiary，proposes a suspicious computer forensics model based on four class trust mechanism. It describes a static forensics method for the suspicious terminals and by large amounts of experiments，shows the feasibility，accuracy and efficiency of four class trust mechanism in the application of malicious code forensics.
