Abstract:

A highly integrated wireless receiver of subsidiary communication authorization（SCA）was investigated in this article. A novel fully integrated SCA receiver architecture suitable for CMOS process was proposed. The new receiver adopts Weaver-zero-IF down-conversion topology and two demodulations on chip. The external image-rejection filter is no needed and it greatly increases the integration and lowered the power consumption and cost. It shows the potential prospects of application.
