Abstract:

Rich media provides an easier，more flexible and more interactive ways for the service providers than ever before. By using this technology，the end users can also gain greater service experience without upgrading their terminal devices. This article mainly introduces the key features and implementation on rich media technology，and also describes how to deploy this technology in current IPTV service. By reading this article，the author hope that it will help the IPTV SPs understand the importance of using rich media tech in IPTV VAS and how to achieve the target.
