    As continued growth of the network bandwidth capacity and increasing needs of individual users,how to improve the level of network intelligence,and then enhance the value of a current pipeline,become the key issues operators need to solve. Based on analyzing the trends of carrier networks and existing standards,the development ideas of intelligent pipe which match network resources to the user on demand are proposed in the paper. The meaning and overall structure of intelligent pipe are discussed,the key technologies related are proposed,and the typical applications that intelligent pipes can support are provided.

    With the promotion of triple-play,the video service of China Telecom such as IPTV are experiencing the dynamic growth,so that the quality evaluation of video service and the quality guarantee of the video service are the most important thing to handle. On the basis of video service quality evaluation and the video subjective experience of the client,this paper propose a new evaluation model for video quality and index system based on QoE. Considering the feature of IPTV service,proposed the key indicators and targets for the threshold. The evaluation model for video quality and the index system is the key point to develop the Monitoring System for video service.

    Multi-packet reception(MPR)technique is a promising approach to increase throughput for wireless networks. Due to its complex physical layer behavior,optimal solutions are yet to be determined. Based on the physical interference model,we analyze all constraints for concurrent transmissions under MPR and thus identify all feasible sets of concurrent transmissions. By scheduling these feasible sets into different time slots,the throughput maximization problem can be formulated as a linear program. However,the problem size is exponential due to the large number of feasible sets. We propose a concept of largest feasible set to decrease the problem size,which enables us to obtain a cross-layer optimal solution in polynomial-time. Comparing with optimal solutions without MPR,we show that throughput can be increased about 100% by using MPR in simulation.

    With the growth of attention from users,green wireless communication technology is an important component of low-carbon global economy. The core indicators of wireless communications are power efficiency and spectrum efficiency that are targeted to meet the communication capacity. Most of the traditional wireless communication systems merely focus on spectrum efficiency,while green wireless communication technology focuses on the balance of power efficiency as well as spectrum efficiency. This paper introduces the current situation of green wireless communication technology. The importance in exploring of the Architecture of green wireless communications system is analyzed. Then,multi-domain collaboration is proposed as an effective way to research on the system architecture. At the end of the paper,the core technologies of the architecture of green wireless communications system with multi-domain collaboration are discussed.

    An improved scheme in 3G network to generate a one-time security signature using the authentication key and random number with AES is proposed in this paper. It has very little computation and storage with non-repudiation. Temporary ID is generated when the user uses websites by third-party established,so it has the good anonymity and non-traceability. Merchants is watched and managed by a third party in the protocol which prevents consumers and businesses from deceiving. After receipt of goods the user and the merchants can mutual credit evaluation each other with fairness. This scheme is trading with high flexibility and efficiency. It is suitable for 3G users to implement micro-payment transactions.

    In order to exert the value of emergency communication network fully,heterogeneous interconnection issues among different kinds of networks must be solved effectively. In this paper emergency communication network structure supporting heterogeneous network interconnection is given firstly. And then Internet access scheme based on connection sharing is proposed. Afterwards,interconnecting gateway selection and admission control methods are explained in detail,and overheads of control messages are analyzed.

    Cooperative MIMO which is composed of multiple single antenna nodes by cooperative communication could construct multiple virtual transmit antennas. Spatial diversity gain could be obtained from this virtual MIMO multiple antenna arrays. Considered the specific features of cooperative MIMO,code cooperation strategy with distributed space-time coding is implemented in the network. An enhanced diversity-multiplexing tradeoff(DMT)scheme based on distributed space-time coding (DSTC)in cooperative MIMO is studied. The expression of outage probability and diversity gain of two DSTC strategies are derived in detail. Based on the two DMT schemes of DSTC,the optimal DMT and outage performance of the enhanced DMT strategy could be obtained through altering the threshold of multiplexing gain adaptively. Numerical results indicate that,the proposed DMT scheme could be asymptotical to DMT upper bound in cooperative MIMO,and the corresponding outage performance is also inferior to that of upper bound. Hence,cooperative diversity gain and optimum outage behavior could be achieved simultaneously by the proposed DMT scheme for DSTC code cooperation in multi-node cooperative MIMO scenario.

    Wireless body area network(WBAN)contains a series of low-power,miniaturized,invasive/non-invasive wireless sensor nodes,using short-range wireless communication technology to connect with the outside world,and providing a variety of services,such as health care,consumer electronics and personal entertainment. Because WBAN is used for human body,the channel characteristics differ significantly with other traditional wireless channels. In this paper,the propagation characteristics of WBAN channel are studied from three aspects:frequencies,environments and human state. In UWB frequency band,the impulse response model is proposed,while the path loss model is applicable to all frequency bands. In different environments,multi-path effect is the major factor affecting signal propagating in vitro space. Moreover,the positions of antenna and the human movement state are also key factors when modeling and simulating of WBAN channel characteristics are considered.

    With the prevalence of botnets,The DDoS attack,as one of the threats in the network,gradually expands its effection, therefore it is significant to detect the DDoS attack. This paper detailedly classifies the methods for DDoS attack detection according to the attack level and detection position.At the same time,on the basis of classification,various detection methods are taken into comparison.The character and application scope of various detection methods are ensured.At last,this paper also gives a discussion on the problem in this field and the next work,in order to provide the reference for the future study.

    The platform for the operations and managements of M2M is one of the telecom carrier’s key platforms which aggregates industry applications together and provides M2M service capabilities. In this paper,the basic M2M service requirements and M2M functional architecture specified by the international standardization organizations were analyzed firstly, and then,based on the telecom carrier’s practical network operations and M2M industry application characteristics,the functional architecture of the platform for the operations and managements of M2M was discussed. Furthermore,a method of communication management and control for M2M device or M2M gateway was presented,which can provide comprehensive communication management services for industry applications.

    To evaluate the effectiveness of energy saving communication base station,in-depth analysis of the model was adopted,the energy consumption model of communication base station was established through studying the elements of communication base station’s energy consumption,energy conservation and emission reductionˊs evaluation index about communication base stations were built,energy conservation and emission reductionˊs evaluation method was proposed,the method was tested and verified through the experimental data. This evaluation method is proved effective feasible,it provides some valuable basis for energy conservation and emission reductionˊs evaluation of communication base station.

    Emergency communication support system is the overall embodiment of the total solution. The program covers everything from traffic forecasting,network monitoring,performance management,early warning to automate emergency plans, emergency personnel management,emergency communication support materials scheduling and information dispatch in real-time publishing. Contents including holidays guarantee,social events,emergencies and the other key aspects of communication supporting works are involved. In this paper,building emergency communication support system of principles,objectives,based on this,we introduce a general emergency communication support system solution,detailed analysis of its features,and examples to validate. Finally,the author summarizes the emergency communication support system in the process of building experience.
