中国电信光进铜退IT支撑方案及技术架构的研究与探索

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the challenges of IT support for ‘optical solutions for copper’，proposals the suggestions on the IT support related business model，concludes the concept principles on the IT solution designing，proposals the transformation solution on the legacy IT systems，discussed the key points and issues on IT support.

Key words: optical solutions for copper, access technology, terminal, metadata modeling, integration on the network inventory data, customer order divided into service order, process driven by both workflow and data, loosely coupled modeling

两种分类	5种方案	方案说明
第一类方案：前端关心接入方式	方案1：接入方式作为产品属性	CRM和资源为共同管理接入方式，但与开通流程相关的特性主要在CRM中体现
	方案2：接入方式作为虚拟产品	CRM和资源共同管理接入方式，CRM管壳作为虚拟产品，资源管瓤进行资源存量、配置、确认；
		开通系统按“产品+接入方式+动作的组合”枚举开通流程
第二类方案：前端不关心接入方式，只关心带宽	方案3：接入方式后移，静态配置开通流程	资源统一管理接入方式；开通系统按“产品+接入方式+动作的组合”枚举开通流程
	方案4：接入方式后移，动态生产开通流程	资源统一管理接入方式；开通系统简化各类开通流程
	方案5：接入方式后移，资源系统封装	资源统一管理接入方式及相关的资源配置过程
