In this paper，for the multi-application security requirements of mobile payment，the multi-level key system and the multi-level key management system based on the RFID smart card and the symmetric key technology are proposed.And then，it is devoted to the processes of the key.Finally，the key security technologies used in the key management system are described.The proposed multi-level key system and multi-level key management system，which support the key of the business which cooperate with the other companies，and issuing the PSAM card twice，are more flexible and stronger than the common key management system.

Most supervised machine learning method based sentiment classifications apply binary n-gram weights.In this paper， we systematically explore whether more sophisticated feature weighting schemes adapted from information retrieval（IR）can enhance the accuracy of sentiment classification for business reviews.Considered points of view are term frequency（tf），delta inverse document frequency（idf），and smoothing factor.Using restaurant reviews from the number wizard service created by China Telecom as experimental data show that，variants of the classic tf·idf scheme，especially incorporating of delta idf and smoothing factors，provide significant increases in accuracy.Tests on multi-domain public data sets indicate the universality of our approach.The proposed method has been implemented as effective application of restaurant recommendation system on China Telecom Number Wizard micro-blog.

This paper presents a novel knowledge tree based recommendation algorithm，which is different from traditional approaches.At first we construct a word based knowledge tree using resources from the Internet，and then we employ EM algorithm to the tree.We automatically update the knowledge tree using unlabeled documents，making classification of both the terms and document optimized at the same time.Since the algorithm does not rely on any human annotations，it is an un-supervised machine learning algorithm.In real applications，user interactions in the mobile Internet are mapped to certain categories of the knowledge tree，and similar products are recommended to users according categories in the tree.Experiments in the mobile e-commerce network community project indicate the high efficiency of our algorithm，and the performance of user satisfaction achieves about 83%.

LTE system requires reliable communication of higher standard，which depends on channel coding performance to some extent.In this paper，decoding algorithm of Turbo codes in LTE system is researched and an improved algorithm is presented based on the Max-log-MAP and Log-MAP algorithms.Theoretical analysis and simulation result show that the performance of this improved algorithm is promoted ulteriorly，it is easy to hardware implementation and has lower complexity.

In order to obtain the spectrum occupation in GSM900 band，the spectrum band ranging from 850 MHz to 970 MHz is measured by a spectrum analyzer.The data are analyzed and modeled using MATLAB.It is verified that the average spectrum occupation in this band is only 2.33% and the arrival time of primary user can be modeled as the modified form of the exponential distribution.The result can be used as a reference for secondary user to select the licensed bands，as well as theoretical support for link-level simulation in cognitive radio.

In OFDM systems，accurate channel estimation is the key to against the effect of the interchannel interference in a multipath Rayleigh fading channel.In this paper，a novel channel estimation method for mobile OFDM systems is proposed by using the interpolation technique based on Catmull-Rom（CR）Spline function.Using CR Spline function interpolation method to design a specific pilot structure，This leads to a CR Spline function form for channel estimation.This method can estimation the channel fading envelope with a few pilot.The validity of the proposed pilot structure and channel estimation with CR Spline function is demonstrated by computer simulations.
