Abstract:
Various factors which have an impact on the broadband user service perception were analyzed，and relevant suggestions to promote broadband user service perception level were proposed.At the same time，traditional broadband user service perception indexes were researched.Text methods of network upload speed，webpage elements download based on the Web 3.0 network were put forward.
