    Cognitive radio network(CRN)is a cognitive process of network,which makes planning,decision and response for network state through learning and analysis of the network environment.CRN is one of the effective ways to solve the limited network capacity,and to satisfy the national strategic demand on the frequency spectrum efficient-utilization and the integration of heterogeneous networks.As the key technology of 5G,CRN indicates the direction for the future development of wireless communication network.The system architecture for cognitive radio networks,the basic theory research,the key technologies of implementation were introduced,and the demonstration platform of CRN was presented.

    Aiming at the main features of the information content security incidents and telecommunication network themselves,a design of situation awareness model was presented.The model using distributed character data collection and hierarchical progressive integration,the status of security situation of the whole telecommunication network was analyzed.According to the structure of model,hierarchical information fusion proximate calculation based on evidence theory was used to resolve the problem of how to use the initial information to determine the probability in high level information fusion.The simulation results show that the model can compute fast in real time in high accuracy,and it can perceive and determine the incidents effectively.

    Firstly,a kind of grid resource management model——super-peer model was proposed.For this model,economic mechanism was introduced,allowing a grid user to put forward the task’s expected execution deadline,cost limit and the weight parameters between them.Those are the QoS parameters of application-level.Then,a corresponding resource scheduling algorithm was shown.Next,hierarchical colored Petri net and price timed Petri net were used to model and the dynamic process of grid resource scheduling was simulated.Lastly,reachable task graph(RTG)of Petri net model was constructed and the system’s scheduling performance was analyzed,such as throughout capacity,load-balancing,scheduling time and cost through an example.

    A hybrid resources search mechanism based on the popularity of resources was proposed in the hybrid peer to peer stream media system based on CDN and P2P.A different search mechanism was used according to the different popularity of resources,such as structured search or flooding.By this way,the efficient of search was effectively improved.In the part of structured search,an improved Chord search mechanism was proposed.Compared with the traditional Chord search mechanism,the router delay was greatly reduced.A flooding search mechanism based on bloom filter was proposed in the part of flooding.Compared with the traditional flooding search mechanism,it can significantly lower the redundancy transmission of search request.Also,according to the different popularity of resources,multi-keyword query and the concept of semantic correlation were proposed to support fuzzy search,and the rate of successful search was greatly increased.

    By collaborating with each other,nodes in mobile wireless sensor network(MWSN)can filter,calculate and composite the data so as to provide it in forms of services to different users.However,due to the uncertain moving behavior and the limited wireless transmission,executing services in MWSN has to consider the time needed in nodes executing their services,and the physical region in which two nodes can communicate with each other by wireless channel.Probabilistic methods were used to define and predict the uncertain moving behavior of each node,and then the reliability was measured that two nodes can successfully communicate with each other under their wireless transmission range during a certain time period in the future.An approximate approach based on Monte Carlo simulation was also given to calculate nodes’ motions and the reliabilities of their successful communications.By consider the thresholds of execution time and the reliabilities of nodes’ successful communications,two algorithms were given to make the scheme of selecting nodes executing a group of services provided by the users,one using the approach of completely searching and one adopting the Pareto-dominated local k-th optimized method.Finally,experimented were conducted to evaluate our methods.

    Enlightened by web page hyperlink,a novel abstraction“data service hyperlink”for linking and integrating data was proposed.With the help of “data service hyperlink”,users can explicitly describe the relationship between data sources.Based on data service hyperlink,the approach to just-in-time data service construction was proposed to enable users integrate data while navigating data services.A data service hyperlink recommendation algorithm was also discussed to help users select proper data service hyperlink to deal with the temporary requirements.A case-study and some experiments how to build a situational data integration application based on data service hyperlink efficiently were presented.

    A call admission control based on resource sharing in LTE-Advanced relay system was proposed.If the shared resources of the target site for new users and handover users are used up,handover users can use the reserved r esources of the target site for handover users to access system,while new users can access system by resource sharing between the sites in the cell which the target site inside.Simulation results show that compared the proposed algorithm with LTE-Advanced system on fixed bandwidth reservation scheme and LTE-Advanced relay system on fixed bandwidth reservation scheme,the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the blocking probability of new users and dropping probability of handover users in the cell,and can improve the system resource utilization.

    In order to effectively deal with the massive image and video data in internet,a solution for image classification and annotation based on Hadoop cloud platform was proposed.Firstly,a system based on cloud computing was given to crawl the raw data image from WWW.Secondly,a training image extractor based on pLSA (probabilistic latent semantic analysis)was presented to help users to get training set images effectively.Thirdly,the SVM model for the system was integrated,which could be used to classify or annotate novel images.According to the experiment,the system can both meet the functional requirement and achieve optimized performance for image data classification and annotation.

    To improve the feasibility of virtual node mapping,grounded on feasibility test theorem and node rank indicators used to measure node availability,the virtual network mapping iterative algorithm based on K-best perfect matchings of bipartite graph was proposed,aiming at reducing mapping cost.Experiment shows that the proposed algorithm increases virtual network construction request acceptance ratio and benefit cost ratio,and hence can improve profit of physical network service provider.

    In view of the problem of modulation recognition algorithm existing about low recognition rate under environment condition of low SNR,the algorithm of first-order cyclic moment was first presented used in band signal of VHF modulation classification recognition.The first-order cycle frequencies at which estimated first-order cyclic moment magnitudes exceed the cut-off value were selected as candidate cycle frequencies based on estimation first-order cyclic moment at first-order cycle frequency series,then decided to choose the number of candidate cycle frequency by a cyclostationarity test to realize signal modulation classification recognition.The classification recognition rate can reach more than 98% under condition of SNR is greater than -6 dB.

    As cloud computing enters the mainstream,the numbers of virtual machine in one cloud pool is becoming more and more.So,how to quickly and cheaply migrate virtual machines between different hosts for load balance and power savings is becoming one of the hot and tough problems in this filed for the researchers.A distributed storage system was presented,which was called IFSpool.The system was based on Lustre and was designed to achieve the following three goals:high capacity and high extensibility to support thousands of VM images,high I/O throughput for data access,and booting optimization for boot storm.IFSpool combined a queue mechanism and a cache mechanism in a seamless way,to improve I/O throughput and lighten the boot storm by coordinating data access order.The I/O bandwidth and storage capacity of IFSpool can be easily aggregated and extended by adding storage nodes and servers dynamically.The experimental results show that IFSpool is effective and efficient for VM migration.

    Based on all-round marketing management philosophy,quality monitoring system of power supply service was proposed,an index system of quality evaluation for power supply service was constructed and the processes of abnormal work orders were presented in detail.From the technical viewpoint,the implementing process of system was expounded.Finally,the comparative analysis through system application was carried out,and it shows that the system can indeed timely trace marketing operating results online and propose early warning information,correct timely,make the evaluation to service quality.

    Based on summarizing of traditional in-service inspection(ISI)management mode,the ISI management system was studied and developed.Realization of NPP ISI informational management was achieved.Due to the application of the management system,problems existed in traditional management mode were solved,ISI management efficiency and management capacity of NPP were significantly improved.Future application of the ISI management system can provide strong help for realization of specialization,standardization,intensive and multi-base-multi-units management of NPP ISI.
