Abstract: As one of key technologies of HRPD smart network, network load balance (NLB) could solve the load-imbalance phenomenon of network, which improving network performance and users experience. The network influence was analyzed when NLB technology was applied to HRPD network, including network capacity gains and users experience gains. The analysis results show that NLB could reduce the load of heavy load cell, and improve network performance.
