Along with the gradual depletion of IPv4 address resources,how to introduce IPv6 is a major concern of telecommunication operators. Especially,the most important problems is the affect of introducing IPv6 on the access network,and how access network evolves into the next generation Internet. This paper first analyzed the affect and requirements of IPv6 on the access network. Then with consideration of current status on the access network equipment,two main methods to support IPv6 services: IPv6 transparent and IPv6 aware,are presented. Finally,the evolution strategies of the access network targeted to the next generation internet are shown.

Path selection algorithm was crucial for better performance of network. While link bandwidth of available next hops was different, the residual bandwidth did not show the capacity of forwarding packets correctly and induced wrong path selection of ESG algorithm. In this paper, an improving ESG algorithm is proposed. It takes into account the link utilization rate and residual bandwidth together and then link forwarding capacity coefficient, which services to select better path, is defined for showing the capacity of next hops. Simulation results show that IESG overcomes the above disadvantage of ESG, has a high probability of successful path selection with same implement complexity.

By studying the issues of special security of RFID system, from the provably secure point of view, the paper proposes a provably secure authentication protocol for RFID——rPAP. Under the random oracle mode, the paper establishes the security model of RFID communication with the formal description, which security was proved in the security model of RFID communication, and its implementation is feasible for a wide range of RFID systems.

The increasingly demand of service gives rise to the modern telecommunication network's evolution from traditional voice network to the NGN based on IP packet transmission. The shortcoming that original IP network lacks QoS（quality of service）warranty becomes increasingly critical. The telecom IP services face a great threat of DoS, which will bring down call completion rate even cut off the services. This paper analyzes the principle and main characteristics of DoS attack to the telecom IP services under the environment of converged network, compares the differences between the new attack and traditional DoS attack, and proposes an effective detect method and defense DoS attack model. This model provides effective guarantee for the telecom IP service.

In today's mobile communication systems, the design of power amplifier is becoming more challenging because the modulated RF signal high PAR（peak average ratio）must be amplified linearly so as to lower ACPR（adjacent channel power ratio） and EBR（error bit rate）. In addition, the power consumption needs to be reduced to minimum. The digital predistortion technique is becoming an increasingly attractive solution to these problems, due to its excellent linearization capability and flexible application. In this paper, the basic concepts of DPD are illustrated, including the models and corresponding implementations. We believe the application of DPD to Doherty PA will be the most promising technique.

This paper introduced a new multi-rate multicast congestion control strategies to meet layered multicast receivers' heterogeneity in available bandwidth. This receiver-driven congestion control strategy,adjusting the the number of layers and the rate of each layer dynamically according to the changes of network situation,using the optimal layer rate allocation algorithm to meet the receivers' heterogeneity in available bandwidth. TCP-equation is a generally used to estimate receivers' the available bandwidth. Simulation results show that the strategy make good performance on TCP-friendliness. Meanwhile it can optimize overall throughput.

A new fault-tolerant mechanism is presented in order to ensure the reliability of NoC（network-on-chip）. Thus the reliability of NoC reduces than before. The proposal is capable of recovering from permanent router faults via replacing them by neighboring routers. Configure a status register for each router in order to store the safety of neighboring routers. Adopt a new reconfigurable fault-tolerant routing algorithm to bypass the fault routers so as to improve the reliability of NoC. Simulation results demonstrate the advantage of our routing algorithm in terms of latency compared to other fault tolerant routing algorithms.

In mobile network, antenna azimuth angle and cell coverage occurring deviation are the critical factors on the quality of mobile communication. The traditional check methods are measured by manpower which costs much time and resource. This paper presents an innovative method on azimuth angle automatic calculation and cell coverage analysis. The methods include 3 parts. The innovative calculation algorithm on deviation of antenna azimuth angle is based on real mobile station data collected in OMC system. The cell coverage analysis algorithm considers multiple factors （signal level distribution, sampling points distribution, category of interferences）to solve the difficulty on recognition of cell coverage differences. The calculation and analysis results are presented in map based on GIS platform. Compared with traditional methods, this new method has several advantages: intelligence, low cost, high precision. Further more, this paper presents the system design based on this method. The designed system has been deployed in real mobile network and gain good effects

Extensible resource management is one of the key issues in the design of crypto cluster server.Based on the analysis to features of crypto processing, this paper presents a method to use crypto algorithm threads delegate the processing resource of crypto chips.An algorithm resource table is also designed in the manager server which used to register the connection handles and the corresponding algorithm attributes. By registering the attributes with the connection handle, the manager can monitor, schedule and add（or delete）process resource transparently.The manager can schedule system resources to support parallel data processing among crypto chips in crypto modules.These designs also implement the extensible resource management of crypto cluster server.

The layered space-time encode techniques is a very effective method to improve wireless channel transmission rate. Zero forcing detection algorithm and the minimum mean square error detection algorithm are two kinds of detection algorithm which is used in layered space-time codes system frequently, through researching and simulation to three kinds of algorithm, such as zero forcing, optimal zero forcing and MMSE, we derived BER performance of various algorithms, and put forward their respective suitable application environments.
