Abstract:

With the promotion of triple-play，the video service of China Telecom such as IPTV are experiencing the dynamic growth，so that the quality evaluation of video service and the quality guarantee of the video service are the most important thing to handle. On the basis of video service quality evaluation and the video subjective experience of the client，this paper propose a new evaluation model for video quality and index system based on QoE. Considering the feature of IPTV service，proposed the key indicators and targets for the threshold. The evaluation model for video quality and the index system is the key point to develop the Monitoring System for video service.
