基于CDL的精确定位和网络优化探讨

Abstract

Abstract:

CDL including the information about the whole wireless network environment，such as call numbers，calling time， seized CE，CFC.CDL is the most important data for wireless network optimization.The accuracy about positioning is the key problem for how to use the CDL.This essay will represent it by analyzing CDL，bring in the compensation coefficient and parameter of BTS for AFLT to improve the precision of calculation.And it analyses the use case in details to descript how to use these CDL in daily work for wireless network optimization.
