    The rapid development of mobile Internet,explosive growth of smart terminal,and the emerging mobile services,brings huge traffic to telecom operators.At the same time,telecom operators can not achieved synchronous growth.The scissors movement between operators' revenue and cost become increasingly evident.Therefore,international carriers have taken various measures to cope with traffic growth,and try to enhance the value of traffic.This paper analyzes the traffic operation strategies of international carriers,and proposes the CTR model of traffic operations for the domestic telecom operators to provide reference to business model transformation.

    With mobile data traffic explode,many operators are deploying new mobile broadband pricing models to increase ARPU,such as tiered pricing and speed-based pricing.Next step,when the intelligent network technology are widely used,operators will redesign the pricing mechanisms,base on the “fair usage policy”to build a new pricing model and meet user needs.This article analyzes overseas operators' case and mobile broadband pricing trend,provides reference for domestic operators to adjust mobile broadband pricing strategy.

    With the use of theories and methods of statistics and data mining,this paper researched the prediction method of the amount of the new customers(which take this new network service packages the first time)and the transfer customers(which have ever chosen the original network service packages).The amount of new customers could be predicted according to time series method based the historical data of a similar package,and the amount of transfer customers could be predicted with the finding to the rules of customer change service packages through data mining。Finally,a case study of a telecom operator was carried out in the paper.Linear regression analysis and exponential smoothing method were used and compared in the establishment of prediction model of amount of the new customers,and decision tree algorithm was used to find the rules of customer change service packages.

    Wireless sensor network (WSN)is often deployed in open environment,and uses wireless channel for data transmission,so the security in the network is very important.A SIR (susceptible-infected-recovered)model for malware propagation based on 2-Dcellular automata is proposed.Malware propagation in GAF-based clustering WSN is discussed.Analysis and simulation results show that the clustering WSN still process spatial localization,and clustering can reduce the energy consumption of each sensor node at the same time effectively restrain the malware propagation.It also shows that malware propagation will be accelerated in the cluster head selecting period.

    This paper studies the problem of multiple relay selection in multiple parallel dual-hop amplify-and-forward(AF) relay networks.The problem is first formulated as a nonlinear integer programming (NLIP)problem,with the objective of maximizing signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)at destination node.This problem is NP-hard and optimal solution via exhaustive scheme is obviously time-inefficient for its intolerable exponential complexity.Then,a ε-global optimal solution algorithm based on a branch-and-bound architecture is proposed to resolve the NLIP problem with the employment the reformulation-linearization technique(RLT).Numerical results indicate that the proposed algorithm can achieve global optimal solution with predefined accuracy ε.The solution via this proposed algorithm can work as a benchmark for other algorithms.

    This paper surveys the micro-payment system of electronic payment based on Pay Word.Pay Word protocol is concretely analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of this protocol are pointed out.Some representative improved protocols based on Pay Word are detailedly classified according to the improved aspect.Finally,this paper gives a discussion on the problem in this field and the future research directions.

    In ubiquitous network environment,not only the Web Service context but also user's context is taken into account in composition selection.And the data type describing context attribute may be real number,interval number,triangular fuzzy number and intuitionistic fuzzy number.To address the difficulty of based on complex context composition service selection this paper presents a complex context-aware composition service selection framework.It can aware service context and user context.The framework is based on the design of intelligent agents,in which the client frameworks complete the user's context management,server frameworks complete service context management and composition service selection.By comparing with the related works,the advantages and effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated.

    This article proposes a game theoretic solution for power control policy in cognitive radio networks.A power control game algorithm is proposed based on cost function.The uniqueness and existence of the Nash equilibrium is proved for the scheme.Simulation results show that the novel power control algorithm based on game theory will be obtained better convergence compared with traditional algorithm,after about 7 iterations algorithm will converge to an NE and can satisfy the real-time requirement,the novel algorithm can regulate their transmitter powers to meet the different signal to interference ratio(SIR) requirements and the performance of CR system is thereby improved obviously.

    Network-on-chip communication architecture need be tested for ensuring proper communication between the IP cores in NoC.Against functional test for the mesh NoC,BIST for NoC communication architecture was proposed in the paper.The method need add BIST modules in NI,which were test pattern generator(TPG)and test response analyzer(TRA),exploit TPG to generate test data and TRA to capture response in order to achieve test.The result shows that,the method,in the case of smaller area overhead,can reduce test cost and time.

    A microstrip-fed novel planar ultra-wideband monopole antenna with a metal patch of arc side and a notched ground plate is proposed.A notch of semicircle unite isosceles trapezoid structure divided the ground into two coupled parts,the antenna impedance matching and bandwidth have been enhanced.The simulation results show that return loss<-10 dB bandwidth covers a frequency range between 3 GHz and 11.8 GHz.And the frequency range that VSWR<1.5 is between 3.4 GHz and 11.2 GHz,with good omni-directional radiation performance.This type of antenna is simple in structure,small in size,suitable for UWB communications.

    A novel single negative metamaterials with dual reject-bands is proposed.Based on the analysis of the equivalent circuit model of the metamaterials unit cell and the extraction of its electromagnetic parameters using the S-parameter retrieval method,the band-stop characteristic of the metamaterials and the validity of the equivalent circuit model are demonstrated.And then the impacts of the structural parameters are investigated.By utilizing the metamaterials a waveguide band-pass filter is designed at the center frequency of 9.6 GHz,which has its advantages with compacter size(25 mm ×22.86 mm ×10.16 mm),higher selectivity and lower transmission loss(0.15 dB),comparing with the ones based on ordinary material.

    With the development of the multimedia and network technology,video applications such as VOD,video-phone etc.are used more and more widely in our life.We implement and optimize the MPEG-4 decoder based on TMS320 c6416 DSP for its high performance and easy implementation.Based on the architecture and instruction characteristic of the DSP,structure-level,program-level,code-level optimization was conducted respectively.Experimental data show that the decoder implemented can decode video in real time efficiently.

    One improved method of active queue management algorithm was presented in this paper.Aiming the shortcoming of parameter setting in BLUE,the paper improved BLUE through introducing into dynamic threshold algorithm.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach can effectively stabilize the queue occupation at a level and mitigate the queue overflow and underflow,and it can improve link utilization.

    This paper describes an integrated sharing platform,it offers a variety of external basic interfaces which can be extended to accommodate a variety of different interfaces of applications.It enables multiple systems to call a variety of services each other,improves service management,meanwhile leads to the accessibility of information interaction.When a new interface protocol is appearing,for the described platform,it just needs to develop a new interface protocol adapter to complete the access of new interface,improving the efficiency of the platform development,reducing development and maintenance costs.The platform changes the application of the traditional point-to-point way into a many-to-many bus mode,to achieve a simple and convenient information interaction of the various systems,optimizes the structure of the systems,makes it easy to manage and maintain,reduces the transformation of the interface which accesses to the systems.

    The popularity of video sites,like YouTube,Youku and XunleiKankan which are based on streaming media technology announced the era of streaming media.However,since the mobile telecommunication network's transmission environment is uncertain,it cannot sustain consistently effective bandwidth and guarantee overall high performance of the streaming media service.Based on the standards of streaming media service,this piece of study aims to deliver a methodology that could inform the streaming media service platform with the mobile network wireless link real-time bandwidth based on mobile core network signaling protocol.Then streaming media platform can adjust the encoding rate of streaming media according to current bandwidth,in order to save net resources and improve users' experience.
