面向物联网的GSM900网络频率重耕方法研究及应用

Abstract

Abstract:

With the decrease of the wireless utilization rate of GSM900 network at present,the rapid development of LTE services and the growing maturity of the IoT (Internet of Things) technology,in order to optimize the spectrum resources carrying efficiency,the GSM900 network will be used for other networks such as the IoT.How to carry out spectrum re-farming of GSM900 network based on intelligent automatic frequency optimization system (AFOS) and its practical application is studied.

主要优化内容	优化思路
减容降配	设定目标复用度，参考退频后的频率复用度大于18.4
BCCH压缩	视现网主B使用情况确定，有些网络频率使用混乱，在保证现在质量的前提下，优化后主B使用数量越少越好，优先调整主B频次较少的小区；实际优化中，可考虑BCCH与TCH互换的方法
BSIC优化	一般进行5 km范围内同频同色的核查，优先优化宏站对宏站，宏站对室分同频同色小区对，室分对室分可以适当降低距离标准
邻区删除	首先依据压缩后的BCCH个数和现网邻区数，评估需要控制的邻区数；优先删除有邻区无切换邻区（故障小区除外）；按站间距和切换次数删除，删除距离较远切换较少的邻区；小区涉及高铁专网小区、超级基站等，不删除；有切换，目标小区为室分的，尽量不删除
